Return Eligibility

Wholesale returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

All return requests require prior approval from our wholesale team before any products are sent back.

Products that have been used, opened, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns shipped without prior approval will be refused.
Return Shipping

For approved returns due to defects or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds and Credits

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or credit based on the original payment method or agreed terms.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

If the returned products do not meet return conditions, they will not be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
