Wholesale Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Wholesale returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

  • All return requests require prior approval from our wholesale team before any products are sent back.

  • To initiate a return, please contact your wholesale representative or email sales@rubypearlco.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

Return Conditions

  • Products that have been used, opened, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns shipped without prior approval will be refused.

Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to defects or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds and Credits

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund or credit based on the original payment method or agreed terms.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

  • If the returned products do not meet return conditions, they will not be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, special promotions, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
